Because it is so popular it is always full,the RESORT is just that a resort for us RV folks.
When you check in the first thing they do , not you them is they empty your holding tanks,and they add there chemical that is not bad for there sewer treatment system that way they know what goes into there system.
The resort is sitting up on a terrace with a walking path on the outskirts.
The shuttle bus stops to take you to the casino and also down to the travel store.
It seems everytime I go there the casino in under some type of construction but it is now Dec 2012 and I have seen signs that say its all bigger and better.
The sauna and pool are wonderful in the evenings, all the spaces were large and level.

My husband and I were in the area of Jackson Rancheria Casino in March, 09. They were booked full so I would suggest a reservation for anyone wanting to stay there. They have no accommodations for RVs if you don't get into the campground. Nice casino but we had to go quite a way to find a space.

Hello, My husband and I went to Jackson Rancheria RV Park last December for a wedding. It is a 5 star facility. Beautiful views, large clubhouse, laundry, large spaces with plenty of room for slides, nicely landscaped and very friendly. There is a shuttle that runs regularly to the casino (2 min. away). They also have group reservation for clubs, etc.
Site Assignments
Our goal is to provide a wonderful experience to as many guests as possible. It is also important to us that each guest is able to stay in one site for their entire reservation.
This effort involves Management assigning all sites with priorities placed on:
- Maximizing occupancy.
- Keeping groups and parties together.
- Attempting to accommodate personal requests.
When assigning your site we will consider the following, in this order:
- What sites are unoccupied on your arrival date and what date are you departing?
- Are you with a large group or do you have adjoining reservations?
- Do you have specific site or area requests?
Unfortunately, during times of high occupancy it is unlikely we will be able to accommodate specific site or specific area requests.
Stay Safe When You Visit
While we are eager to welcome guests and employees back, the health and well-being of all is our top priority. Therefore, health & safety and social distancing protocols will be in place upon entrance to the RV Park. We have implemented procedures to protect our guests as well as our employees.
Check-in – Access to the RV Park Office is limited to essential visits only. Guests arriving will wait in the queuing area. A Guest Service Agent will motion for the next guest to enter. Only one (1) person may check-in with a maximum of two (2) guests in the office at a time. The queuing area for registration is in place with clearly marked foot signage for appropriate distancing. Full payment will be processed at the time of check-in.
Check-out – You do not need to enter the office to check out. Folios will be sent to the email on file. You can request a paper copy at the time of check-in which will be placed under your windshield wiper.
Maintenance – Maintenance employees are not permitted to enter your rig. If you are experiencing trouble with your cable connection then someone will be able to walk you through but must stay outside of the rig to maintain safe social distancing.
Laundry Room – Laundry Room touchpoints will be sanitized routinely. Please maintain social distancing while utilizing the laundry facilities. Only two (2) people will be permitted at a time.
Walking Trail and Dog Park - Open for guest use while maintaining proper social distancing.
Shuttle Service - Available to and from Casino and RV Park only.
Recreation Area (putting green, bocce ball, and horseshoe pit) – will be open requiring social distancing. Equipment will be properly sanitized when returned.

Heated Pool - Pool and spas are temporarily closed.
- Plexiglass barriers have been installed at the Dreamcatcher's Club®, Table Games, Casino Cashier's Cage, Player Development, Margaret's Café Bakery Case, Pacific Grill, Hotel, RV Park, and Retail Outlets to ensure safety and social distancing.
- Notable Amenities and Services Temporarily Unavailable: Club House use, Retreat room, Dump Station, Heated Spas, and Minors Camp Arcade (Hotel).
We continue to evaluate the ongoing advice of government and health agencies and modify the safety measures we have in place to reduce the spread of Covid-19. For the health and safety of all, we kindly ask that if you are experiencing any of these Covid-19 symptoms, that you plan your visit at another time.
